- The 12.29 porcelain jar is very fragile. Please place securely on table or solid surface.
- To clean the porcelain between usage or before refilling, let the wax cool, then wipe the inside of the jar with a soft cleanser and cloth.
- Never leave a candle burning unattended.
- Keep lit candles out of reach from children and pets.
- Cut the wick to 5 or 6mm and maintain this length throughout the lifetime of the candle.
- Ensure the wick stays in the center of the candle.
- Extinguish any candle that smokes excessively.
- Do not burn the candle on a flammable surface.
- Remove all packaging before burning and place on heat resistant surface.
- Do not let the candle burn for more than three hours consecutively.
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
- Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.
- In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase at info@onlyscentremains.com.
- Please e-mail us at info@onlyscentremains.com to return a product. You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Please indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that a note is included with your return package and that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.
- Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage). Acceptable recorded delivery methods include UPS, Fed Ex, and Certified Mail.
- While we hope to avoid cancellations, sometimes they are inevitable. We require a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation. Notification via email, phone and/or fax will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a $50.00 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
